A little more about Eddie: he earned his B.S. in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and an M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University. As a second-generation Hispanic and the first person in his family to graduate from college, Eddie understood that even greater success was expected of him—and he delivered.

Drawing on a foundation of tenacious work ethic, integrity, salesmanship, leadership, and a strong focus on customer experience, Eddie rose rapidly through the ranks. He embraced greater challenges and responsibilities with every step of his career, consistently achieving business—and personal—success.

Eddie's entrepreneurial mindset was shaped early on by working in his family's restaurant business. This experience offered an ideal environment for continuous learning, teaching him the values of hard work, setting and achieving goals, solving complex problems, inspiring others, and spotting opportunities others might miss.

In addition to his business success, Eddie discovered a deep passion for helping others succeed. Over the years, he has committed himself to coaching, mentoring, and teaching—including serving as an Adjunct Professor of Business, where he taught sales and marketing courses. He is also certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) through UC Davis, the only globally recognized credentialing program for professional coaches.

Through his personal and professional journey, Eddie realized that his highest calling was to be a dad. He is the proud father of three daughters who now live and work in Los Angeles. Over the years—whether helping with school projects, coaching their sports teams, or guiding them through landing their first jobs—Eddie discovered just how much he loved coaching. These experiences deepened his passion for mentorship and helped shape the compassionate, supportive approach he now brings to his professional coaching practice
